Dean’s Concrete has many years of experience in commercial, industrial and residential concrete work including plain or decorative. We also have experience working with city curb and sidewalk replacement programs along with commercial properties providing ADA approved wheelchair ramps.

Decorative Concrete

Let Dean’s Concrete help you envision how we can make your custom decorative stamped project a reality. Whether it’s installing a stamped border along the perimeter of a plain concrete pour for some additional pop or an entire stamped concrete patio for nights of enjoyment, we have the experience to create a long lasting quality project.

Over the past couple of years we have created 10 custom concrete colors that we now offer. This enables our clients to see samples of the product prior to the installation, so they can rest assured that their project will be what they envisioned. Dean’s custom colors come in two different shades (Light/Dark) and 5 unique blends (Earthstone, Sandstone, Limestone, Bluestone and Red Cobble).

Any concrete pour can be stamped and colored including patios, porches, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, curbs or even steps to give the appearance of a natural rock face. We offer the following installation methods for decorative concrete including surface color (troweled into the surface of concrete) or integral color (mixed throughout concrete), acid or water based staining. Typically in surface coloring we utilize a main base color along with a secondary color, which creates an accent within the joints and depressions to give the concrete a more natural look.

Patios / Porches

Whether you are looking for a traditional gray concrete porch or a one of a kind Dean’s custom color stamped patio, let us help you create the backyard dream you and your family envision. Like all of our work, the old concrete will be hauled away to be recycled at our facility and reused as base for future projects. By recycling our own concrete it helps us pass on the savings to our customers. Each patio or porch will be sealed when the project is completed and we will fix any damage to the yard during the construction process.

Driveways / Sidewalks

It is amazing what a difference a new concrete driveway or sidewalk makes in the overall look and value of a home. Like all of our work, the concrete or asphalt in your old driveway or sidewalk will be hauled away to be recycled at our facility and reused as base for future projects. By recycling our own concrete it helps us pass the savings on to our customers. There are many ways we can add character to your traditional driveway or sidewalk such as colors and borders that can enhance the overall look. Each driveway or sidewalk will be sealed when the project is completed and we will fix any damage to the yard during the construction process.

Curbs / Aprons

If your curb or apron is in need of repair at your house or business property, Dean’s Concrete has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right and according to local engineering standards. We are bonded and work with local municipalities (such as Xenia, Kettering, Centerville, Oakwood, Springboro, Miamisburg, Bellbrook, Beavercreek, Fairborn, Huber Heights, Miami Township, Washington Township, Waynesville and city of Dayton) to do right away work such as curbs and aprons.

Slabs / Barn Floors

Dean’s Concrete is qualified to prepare and pour any size of slab ranging from a small shed pad up to large commercial/industrial slabs. Footers and slabs are one of the first and most important steps in the building construction process. Dean’s Concrete will work along with you and your builder to ensure high quality standards are met during the installation of your concrete project.
